Thank you for shopping at Green Lantern Industries online.  Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us.  Personal information you provide to us while creating or updating an account and at checkout (ie: name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems. 

We offer those who sign-up for our newsletter advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and in-store events. Email addresses collected at greenlanternindustries.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. 

Security

Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so you can rest assured that your transactions are protected. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a technology used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers, version 3.x and later, support SSL.

Returns

All returns must be mailed within 14 days of order arrival date, please allow up to 5 business days for in-house processing. Returns received after 14 days of order arrival are issued a store credit. All returns must include original packaging. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability. 

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care. NOTE: Green Lantern Industries is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
